location: the hotel was just next door to the city center, all the main tourist attractions, and the tiger hill and lingering garden. gu su district was worth staying in. greatly enjoyed the way our beautifully designed room with bath was.

Couldn't stay longer!

The hotel has a somewhat modern entrance, and the rooms are relatively clean, although small. The breakfast is standard, offering butter and white bread alongside a couple of Chinese dishes. Some rooms have a view of the city, but not all. The staff is friendly and happy to answer questions, and the bathrooms have good water pressure.

It's a shame that the hotel doesn't offer any drinks vending machines or hot chocolate at the café.

During my recent business trip to Suzhou, Jiangsu, I had the pleasure of staying at Cendre Hotel, chosen by our director. I was impressed by the various recreational opportunities offered by the property, including a well-equipped fitness center and a refreshing outdoor swimming pool. These amenities added a touch of relaxation to my stay, allowing me to unwind after a long day of meetings and work. the hotel's beautifully designed gardens provided a serene and peaceful atmosphere, perfect for taking a leisurely stroll or simply enjoying the picturesque surroundings.

Don't have any issues at all.

I had been wanting to visit the Humble Administrator's Garden in Suzhou for a long time, and that's why I chose to stay at Cendre Hotel. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the in-house parking provided by the hotel. It made it convenient for me to have my own vehicle during my stay. , I really enjoyed the beautiful garden, cozy shared lounge, and tasty restaurant offered by Cendre.

Location: Quite far from subway and town.

With its modern and posh decor, this hotel impressed me with its cleanliness and great selection of facilities, including multiple USB outlets and smart TV, as well as high-quality shampoo and body wash. The breakfast was delicious, especially the table side made noodles and dim sum selection. The staff was amazing and gave me the personal touch, always ready to help and very informative about various places around the city. The transportation was easy, and the hotel offered free bicycles to get around.

Whether it's a refreshing swim in the pool, a workout session at the fitness center, or a relaxing spa treatment, Cendre Hotel had it all. The facilities were well-maintained and the staff was attentive to our needs, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I did not do enough research and found the location to be fairly remote.

I had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and very helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with lovely furnishings and toiletries provided. I especially enjoyed the delicious food served at the restaurant, both in the evening and for breakfast. The free laundry service was a fantastic bonus and made my stay even more convenient. I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience here.

The breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of local dishes and table-side made noodles and dumplings. Another advantage was the friendly and caring staff, always available to help with any request. The area was safe and the hotel offered free bicycles to easily explore the surroundings.

The hotel's location was a bit far from the city center, but taxis were always available and the fare was quite affordable. the surrounding area was still underdeveloped and sometimes noise from nearby residences could be heard.

The morning meal was fantastic, and we also enjoyed the complimentary snacks. The hotel's position was ideal, close to major attractions and public transportation. The room was well-equipped and offered excellent views from the balcony.

Although the hotel was well-made, the walls were thin, and we could hear other visitors in the corridor. The television had several channels, but none of them were in English or had English subtitles, which made it difficult for us to watch.

My stay at Cendre Hotel was fantastic. The price was affordable, and the spacious rooms were equipped with a washer and dryer. The staff was exceptionally friendly and some of them spoke English. The breakfast provided was delicious with a good variety of options. The hotel's location may not be the best, but it was easy to get around the city using DiDi or the free bicycles provided. it was a perfect stay, and I would definitely choose Cendre Hotel again.
